one of my favorite things to do is watch other people dote on dallin. it just confirms my beliefs that he really is as adorable as we think he is. and so, going to my parent's ward at church on sunday was most enjoyable. they ooh-ed and ahh-ed over dallin's hair, his smile, his dark skin, his size, his eyes, how strong he is, etc. one lady sat and told him over and over that he's "a genius" for being able to hold his head up so well.
it's true. he is a genius. (or something:)
anyway, yes, he holds his head up, he can stand up (just so long as you help him balance), and has started scooting around on the floor. on his back, he can scoot a foot or more, while on his stomach, it's limited to just a few inches at a time.
and he's not even three months yet.
i'll maybe post some more about the move later...things stay pretty busy out here, but it's a good thing.

Wow he's really coordinated! scooting around the floor like that already? watch out, you are gonna have a crawler on your hands soon! Dallin really is so cute! glad you survived your move. And as for the title of your post, i don't think this is a boring post at all! maybe thats because all i write are baby posts, and I have to believe that they aren't boring. either way, I always enjoy an andrea post!
He is SOOOO studly! I love his chunkiness...I love his hair..I love your family pic at the top...I just love that he is so mobile and it seems like he's a 6 mos old in a 2 mos old body!!! That really is genious! I couldn't put miles in his exersaucer til he was 5 mos old...so cute Andrea. I love your posts. I love baby posts:)
I can't believe how big he looks already! He looks like a little man in his blue jeans! I have to warn you, though, he DOES look a bit mischievous in that little scooter thing (I don't know what it's called)--you'd better watch out! :)

I think my favorite is the curl his lip does when he's kinda smilin' atcha. :) Very cute. Maybe I can get to know more of his funny mannerisms when the boys go to IFS :P
